Gmina Dębnica Kaszubska is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Słupsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Dębnica Kaszubska, which lies approximately 14 km south-east of Słupsk and 96 km west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
The gmina covers an area of 300.02 km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 9,422.
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Słupia Valley Landscape Park.
